Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces Cocchi Americano Bianco
1 ounce elderflower liqueur, such as St-Germain
2 ounces club soda
1 grapefruit twist

Preparation

  1. Fill a 10-ounce Collins glass with ice. Add Cocchi and elderflower liqueur. Top with club soda, stir briefly with a long cocktail spoon, and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
