Ingredients

1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
4 cups tomato juice
4 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
4 fresh cilantro sprigs or celery leaves

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Combine 1 tablespoon curry powder and 1 teaspoon cumin in heavy medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until spices are aromatic, about 20 seconds. Add 4 cups tomato juice and bring to boil. Season to taste with pepper.

    Step 2

    Divide tomato cocktail among 4 mugs. Garnish each with 1 tablespoon nonfat yogurt and 1 cilantro sprig or celery leaf and serve.
