1 jigger (1 1/2 ounces) medium-dry sherry
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons superfine granulated sugar, or to taste
1/2 to 1/3 cup chilled seltzer

Preparation

  1. In a tall glass, combine sherry, lemon juice and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Fill glass with ice and add seltzer. Garnish with lemon slice.
