Ingredients

1/2 cup chilled whipping cream
2 tablespoons Cointreau or other orange liqueur
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
1/4 cup Irish whiskey
1/4 cup brandy
3 cups strong hot coffee
1 teaspoon grated orange peel

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Combine cream, Cointreau and powdered sugar in medium bowl. Beat until medium-firm peaks form. (Can be made 4 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)

    Step 2

    Pour 2 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur, 1 tablespoon whiskey and 1 tablespoon brandy into each of four 8-to 10-ounce coffee mugs. Pour hot coffee over. Top each with a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle with grated orange peel and serve immediately.
