1 lemon
2 jiggers (3 ounces) gin
Chilled ginger ale

Preparation

  1. With a lemon zester, remove the rind from the lemon in a long spiral, beginning at one end and workingaround the lemon. Arrange the spiral in a highball glass and fill glass with ice. Add gin and 2 teaspoonsjuice from the lemon, or to taste. Stir and fill glass with ginger ale.
