4 russet potatoes, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons chili powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place potatoes in bowl. Add 3 tablespoons olive oil and 2 teaspoons chili powder. Season with salt and pepper and mix to coat. Place potatoes in single layer on 2 baking sheets. Bake until beginning to crisp, about 12 minutes per side. Serve hot.
