Cherry-Berry Tea Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek-style yogurt (2 percent)
2 cups (10 ounces) frozen sweet cherries
1 cup (5 ounces) frozen red grapes
1/2 cup (3 ounces) frozen blueberries
3/4 to 1 cup chilled brewed herbal tea, preferably African rooibos

Preparation

    Puree yogurt, fruit, and 3/4 cup tea in a blender until smooth; add more tea as needed. Divide among four glasses, and serve.
