Berry Glaze

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
2 tablespoons strained raspberry or other red preserves
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon water, plus more if needed
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Preparation

  1. STIR TOGETHER ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth. Add more water, 1/2 teaspoon at a time, stirring to achieve desired consistency. Glaze can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days.
