4 Braeburn apples, sliced crosswise into 1/8-inch-thick rounds

Preparation

  1. 1. Heat oven to 225 degrees. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Arrange apple slices on 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake 1 hour; peel apples off parchment and return to paper. Continue baking until golden and crisp, 30 minutes more. Store in an airtight container up to 5 days.
