Recipe information

  • Yield

    Makes 2 cups (16 servings)

Ingredients

1 pint fresh (or frozen, thawed) raspberries, blueberries, and/or blackberries
1 1/2 cups Bragg Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
club soda

Preparation

  1. Step 1

Make the concentrate: Bring 1 pint fresh (or frozen, thawed) raspberries, blueberries, and/or blackberries, 1 1/2 cups Bragg Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar, and 1/4 cup sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat; remove from heat. Steep for 30 minutes for berries to release their juices. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass jar, pressing on solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Cover; chill until cold. DO AHEAD: Concentrate can be made 3 days ahead. Keep chilled.

    Step 2

For 1 serving, fill a 12-ounce glass with ice; add 2 tablespoons concentrate. Top with 1/3 cup club soda. Gently stir to blend.
